Al Maodudi is an Indonesian illustrator and graphic artist as well as the founder and creative director of Shaka Design based in Yogyakarta. Al Maodudi brings vintage distressed drawings style to every stroke of his work. Poured in digital format, Al Maodudi produces works with rough strokes and color rhythms that tend to be dull. the combination of colors that seem to overlap with each other is done intentionally so that the impression of the re- sulting work resembles a print with the quality of its time.
